At L.A Luxury Tresses, we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday.  During major sales, please expect longer processing times. We recommend placing your order with these time frames in mind. Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
 

L.A Luxury Tresses has a strict NO REFUND or EXCHANGE policy. Should an error occur on the part of the customer or L.A Luxury Tresses please contact us  to discuss rectifying the concern.
